We USUALLY post out within 2 WORKING DAYS of purchase.

You are expected to pay all sums due at time of purchase.

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds on special orders ie. where we have sourced / supplied you with a 'non-standard' website item.

Unwanted item returns are accepted within 28 days IF returned as new, unopened and complete - in a condition that can be sold again as NEW, complete with all packaging and paperwork. Cost of returning product is entirely down to the purchaser.

If item is or develops a fault due to manufacturing or workmanship, let us know as soon as possible and we will advise on course of action - an exchange, repair or refund is entirely at our discretion. Cost of returning item is down to the purchaser.

Delivery will be by 48hr courier or Royal Mail. A signature is required for all deliveries by courier.

It is expressly understood by you, the purchaser, that delivery time is not of the essence.

We aim to dispatch all goods within two working days of receiving an order.

Delivery for most postal addresses will normally be three or four days following dispatch. Delivery to remote areas might take longer.

If we are unable to dispatch your order within two working days, not including weekends or bank holidays, we will contact you by e-mail (or by other means if provided) and advise you of the expected date of dispatch.

You will only be charged one price for delivery, regardless of how many items you order provided your payment is received in one transaction and you address is on mainland Britain.

All our courier services require a signature and are instructed not to leave a parcel without a signature being obtained, we will NOT deviate from this.

If goods ordered have not been delivered to you within 5 working days of the dispatch date given to you, then you must notify us of this. If you do not do so, then we cannot accept any liability for the loss of the goods. If goods sent by Royal Mail, then Royal Mail do not consider the item as missing until 15 workings days after dispatch.

Please notify shortages on receipt.

Our P&P costs include delivery charges, packaging, and handling fees; not just the cost of the postage stamp. To avoid any disappointment please DO NOT purchase any of our items if you feel at all unhappy about the cost of P&P.

Any orders placed containing 'collection only' items MUST BE COLLECTED - we will NOT post!
