Return policy

If item is faulty in either manufacturing, materials or workmanship - Please let us know if there is a FAULT FROM NEW ASAP (within 28 working days). Item must be returned to us complete with all packaging & paperwork, then we will replace OR refund the full cost paid, after checking item. Cost of returning item is down to the customer.
If item is no longer required:- Item must be returned COMPLETE, UNOPENED and AS NEW, with all packaging, instructions, paperwork etc. Item must be returned within 28 days of receipt for a full refund of item cost. Cost of returning item is down to the customer.
